First thing people notice is the heart but what is usually missed is that the two hands arent from the same person. Ones mine and the other is my girlfriend. Cropped out the top of my fingur accidentally but I dont think its lacking because of it. Not to mention, tight cropping is "in" these days

I LOVE this photo! I saw it over a year ago, and a few weeks ago it just popped up in my mind. But I couldn't find it, so I was sad...

theres a gap in your fingers that is very distracting...though it is a nice piece...and yeah didnt notice the difference in hands...the thumbs move your eye away from the heart rather then to it becuase they are pointed up rather then flowing with the rest of the fingers...and there are a lot of the same greys in the background and the heart which flaten everything just a little tiny bit...just darken the heart...as evil as that sounds...but i DO really like this piece

I like the symbolisim this conveys. The black and white is charged and adds a nice dramatic edge. Nice touch.

This is an idea that is very well realised. I think the concept could have been corny but you have caught it really well. There is a lot of expression in those hands, the composition is nice and the grainy black and white fits the mood well.

Oh my ever loving, I think we're twins. My friend and I always put our hands together like that when we say goodbye or whatever...
I've taken a picture of my own hands doing it (which didn't work out as well as I planned so I didn't post it), and we meant to do this sometime...
