classic costumes.....my favorite.With every game past MK3 these two have gotten worse. They just keep adding and adding. Armor, fur, red scars(wtf,btw) sons, cousins's sisters aunts, morals, blah blah blah.
I dug the introduction to these two and their intertwined story lines that i read in the Original manual. With those couple coveted comic pics thrown in there, I had decided i loved these two characters.

Total agreement fella, MK has lost its way. MK Trilogy was th elast great MK for me. The 3d loses so much.

I love the fact that there's a ton of flow and energy coming from just two guys staring each other down. And maybe it's just me but, I find the 'VS' thing to be clever and beyond cool. Nice job!

Thanks a lot man, i originally was just drawing scorpion, and planning on doing a couple characters separately. But these two are like a yin-yang. One needs the other. so this happened, and the VS thing was an idea that i wasn't sure about, but i needed to fill that middle gap....and i like drawing my own type, and the pic still needed more chunkyness, so it was perfect for me.
plus its fitting for fighting game characters.
Anyway, i am glad you like it! your recent stuff has been blowing my mind, i have loved staring at it for long periods of time!

yeah, it got pretty lame when they started looking more like BMX riders than ninja.
Despite thinking MK is lame, this is good.

I just bought MK deception for the xbox (BC) for 5.00 and i am having a blast playing it. It's one of the better fighters of the series, basically because they each have 3 styles plus their special moves, so there is more strategy and skill involved. also, the story doesn't suck and the cinematics are cool.

i'm guessing the left 1 is scorpion...it would have been better if it were easier to distinguish...sub-zero doing the ice ball...scorpion blowing fire or his "Get Over Here" Spear...all in all...nice work!!! btw...they are my two favorite chars from MK...I know they were trying 2 flesh the characters out but sometimes we just dont want story and just want violence!!!
