Election 2010!Did you vote?
They haven't finished counting yet but it looks like a hung parliament. AKA nobody gets a majority and the 2 major parties have to learn to get along.
I really like that Aus and UK both basically voted to say, "STFU you DESERVE A HUNG PARLIAMENT".
Yeah anyway!
Work on Adamo is finally finished and I feel kinda... empty without something to work on. Lol.

I met him once you know? Our year 12 class went to the Whitehouse Institute of textile and design for a showcase of the students major works the night his daughter (On her fucking scholarship at the time of raised uni costs was up) was showing hers. My friend Taylor was like, "OMG is that TONY ABBOTT!?" I told her we should go over and get a selfie with him even though I don't quite like him but she was too scared, so I just went up like, "Hi! Tony! I was wondering, if you weren't to busy, if me, my friends and my class could get some pictures with you?"
He said yes of course and I got quite a good number of pictures.
He asked me if I wanted to go into textile design like his daughter. When I said it wasn't my top option he asked me what I DID want to do for a living, and I told him straight up.
"Teaching."

Me too, I hate both. In the end, both parties have been of no help to most people (except their friends and allies). UGH so glad I'm not in Australia & don't have to listen to aus politics....

Yep Yep. Regardless of where I stand on it (fairly left), I can understand the thinking of some people disagree with immigration / gay marriage / etc. But some things they are doing to institutions / infrastructure like education / welfare are eroding the very things that let THEM get where they are earlier. They're making things much worse for people. Even their voters, and in the NAME of some vague fear / xenophobic thing.
And also global warming, that's serious and people refuse to take it seriously for completely selfish reasons.
*SIIIGH* yeah frustrating. Call me a cynic but I think it's impossible in this day and age for a politician to stand for something, AND pull the rest of the country & politicians with them. Just ain't gonna happen (everyone's too busy looking out for their own back). Could be worse though, could be like American politics.

Ah yep, I think Tony's ears have their own minds, however that takes away chunks of brain from Tony himself therefore he has a speech problem that causes him to repeat things he says just in a different way or sometimes the exact same way and just do idiotic things in general.
