I don't know if you can view this pic small, but if you try looking among other pictures in the gallery preview (small), there is a face in the hair right in front of the monkeys hands... tell me if you see it... you can't see it as well when the pic is big so, try gallery size

Hehe. That's funny I'm glad you noticed, it's like those creepy things in movies where there's like an unknown pair of shoes under the curtains and a big bulge in the folds... but they didn't notice until the movie was out.

Okay, I don't have time to update this anytime soon, so I'll just explain it. Basically, the big, hairy bulge is one monkey. His head is buried on the shoulder of the monkey whose face you can see.
The monkey with the visible face has his head on the shoulder of the big monkey and has his hands folded under the elbow of the big monkey.

Yeah, it's a big one holding a little one. I need to resubmit it b/c I did some lens blurring to highlight the parts of the monkey I wanted to feature, but the result was less than fantastic. I'm going to do it now.

It's not allowed to keep monkeys as pets here, and I'm pretty sure that's the reason why

Here in the states, no. I grew up for a number of years in Venezuela. I never had a pet monkey personally, but I knew many who did. They can be very obnoxious... they have very strong personalities, hard to live with if they don't like you. Well, they have to love you.
Sometimes it works (rarely) that's one reason it's illegal I think.
