Just to let you know, this is my first critique, so I apologize if it's not so good.
Okay, for starters, I really like how you made her tail flow into the background, it gives a very neat affect! I'm usually not a huge fan of lineless art, but I think you pulled it off pretty well.
I actually really like her pose as well, while it's simple and she's not, say flying or standing on her hind legs, it gives a cool impact!
The only thing I'm a bit iffy about is what looks to be a different shade of white around her cutie mark and parts of her back leg. I'm not sure if this was done on purpose, or what, but it kind of sets me off.
I'm also not sure about the black lines on her mouth, ears, and eyes, but I understand that without it, it would look a bit odd, so that's alright.
Overall, I think this is a very nice piece! Great Job!

Warning: This is my first critique.
I haven't tried to do a lineless style like this before, but the way you present it is simple and yet very appealing! The colors go together really well, lighting up the piece and blending Celestia's main and tail into the environment. It's as if she is the background as well as the foreground.
The main reason I like this is because it reminds me of the color scheme of a red giant star, and it fits really well with her being the alicorn which essentially pony-sonifies (not a word) the starts in the sky. On top of that, the softness of the colors gives the piece a cute feeling.
The only thing I don't know about is the presence of the blank likes on her eyes, nose, mouth and ear. They seem to draw more attention to Celestia's face than to the piece as a whole because they are much darker than the other colors.

And the style is awesome, good work.
The only thing I can criticize is that on Celestia you can't tell where are the wings; without a line it mixes with the color of her coat. In general it's ok
