Continuation!
This thing is known as a control spire or dark tower and allowed the bad guys to do bad guy stuff. So naturally, the good guys tore em down. Took em long enough for this one, 8 years. Wow.
This time, it's a mix of my own and digimon style, I guess. My style is already influenced by it, so I really just had to add lotsa sparkly dusty particles.
