Veser as a kid! This is SORT OF RELEVANT to the strip as you are about to be hit with some flashbacks. THAT'S RIGHT.Because, unfortunately, I can't really properly tell the story without having Veser's past come up, so prepare yourself for brat kid, I bet you're excited.
It seems wrong that Veser's past comes first (even if it's not really all of it), but in a way it's fitting because he's far less mysterious.
Anyways, yes, just a glorified doodle again that I do I guess sometimes to 'unwind'. WHATEVER. Hope you dig.
I am also working on a Christmas comic that I hope to get done by Christmas for Hanna so, errr, hope for that?? Yes. Love you guys!

Gah, ok... I've kept silent for a while now, because I'm sure it's obvious, but now I have to say something! Veser reminds me sooo much of Viral from Gurren Lagann! The teeth, the facial expressions(though I imagine with teeth like those, you'd have to make certain expressions to keep from slicing up your lips), the eyes(kinda), and even the personality, slightly! Sorry for the long comment... I love your work!!!

Yeah, I have to agree with Sklarvv... At that age I was tering all over the place getting bumps and bruises so I didn't think anything of it.
But now I know Ves just got the holy crap beaten out of him from his dad. D: The last few comics have made my love for Vesser grow like tenfold! Poor baby!

I think the thing I like most about his appearance is his upturned nose. Though I love the cocky/defensive posture as well.

I think since all the other characters don't really have a lot of background in the story right now, it's a good choice to do a flash back sequence with a newer character.
In the plot now it seems like we are learning more about the characters feelings and deeper personalities, so now they'll all have someone to relate to and that can lead up to more explanation on Hanna, ... and Conrad.
I think this works out extremely well and even if this wasn't planned, you're telling the story just the way it should be. A pro couldn't tell it better. :3
