Perfect! I love the details. Are you fan of Titanic or it was just a job?

How do you render these pictures? Do you use a computer model and "photoshop" it, of sorts? Or do you start with a picture, and alter it with a programs? Or is it something else?
Amazing, by the way. The colors, teh shape, the shadows, it all looks virtually perfect. Great job.

First, thank you for like my work.
What you can see is a render of a 3d generated model of the Titanic that i created from scratch. No photoshop, no painting of any kind, just pure digital 3d modeling with advanced rendering engine.
Best regards.

Thank you for replying! What program did you use to originally construct the model?

I used many reference files like some plans, diagrams, photographs and informations i have collected over the years and used them to construct it in "3Ds max" by Autodesk. Everything is done in that software.

Wow, that sounds like a pretty cool program. Have you ever heard of a program called Google Sketchup? It's basically drawing in 3D. You have an infinite void of sorts, and the three axes, X, Y, and Z. With different drawing tools like the rectangle, line, arc, circle, and so forth, you draw in it. I use the program to design ships for fun.
Thanks for the info!

Slight preference for this one over the night version. This one just seems to suggest more details.

The one in the night version and this one are not the same model. Have you seen featured render in my gall? That is the one with the most details.

How did you do the hull? are those panels all modelled, or just normal maps? could you post wires perhaps.
