Description in this version I removed the winglike structures and moved the drives and weapons closer to the center line of the ship .

Once again yes, no, maybe...cut it out Paul it's getting monotonous??? .... one or two more to come...I have a few ideas to bounce off my loyal freinds

Looks sleeker. Kind of reminds me of a stiletto blade.

That was my impression as well. I went with this for the standard frigate Hull.

Love being able to model designs, I can play with them, and add subtract, morph, and rotate them around them around really easily once I have the base shapes

I don't know how engineers were able to design so well before software. They must've had awesome wetware.

No doubt. I can build complex shapes and designs in my head.....but putting it on paper hits that brain-hand brick wall. I guess that's where the real difference comes in. old school designers and engineers learned how to bridge the gap from mental visualization to putting it on paper without aid.

Then again, they didn't have to design Reaper drones and B-3 bombers. You haven't got it all over us, old schoolers!

good point, they never could get the flying wing to work..until computers came along....

However They did get to the moon using a computer with less power and memory than my smart phone....guess you can get a long way on wet ware...but improved hardware helps

And we still haven't even been back to the moon ourselves, so what are we bragging about.

DO NOT get me started on that travesty. We have tech that Apollo engineers would have killed for. And we cant even get into orbit without hitching a ride with the Russians.... on second thought feel free I have a full head of steam built up on that subject

I'd settle for a steam-powered rocket booster at this point. X)

That would be awesomely cool

Guess we have to pin our hopes on private space programs ...Help us Elon Musk You're our only hope...scary thought there...our future in space depends on Elon Musk making more money to spend on his private project.

Or just combine everything and add lift thrusters to the next Tesla.
