Description First off - ME1 SPOILER WARNING!

Okay, now that's out of the way:

I noticed a pattern in these side missions: go and find someone, risk neck doing it, oh, they're dead, go and tell the person they're dead, oh, there we go.
(In case my scrawling isn't clear, from top to bottom we have: Admiral Kahoku, Garoth, Simon (from Asteroid X57), and Nessana the Asari diplomanipulatorrr.)

Shepard knows enough now to just tell them straight without going to the trouble of finding them, saving much time and effort. Of course, for all they know she could be guessing/being lazy. And that's about it, really

*Snort* diplomanipulator, good one. Aka Machiavellian. But not very good at it, she's a piss poor liar.

I think she's killed by Thane in ME2, good riddance.

I think that's why Mass Effect is so EMOTIONALLY ENGAGING. Because, you know, you go on these missions with high hopes that you're going to save the day and then...your world is shattered because they're DEAD.

I'm always sad that Admiral Kahoku ends up dead It makes me not want to tell him about the marines.

Spoiler for ME1: EVERYBODY DIES

Spoiler for ME2: EVERYBODY DIES, INCLUDING SHEPARD (possibly)

But yes, seriously, very nice. Very witty!

LOL I have indeed noticed this pattern as well. You are told to go help someone, and they are either dead or it was a trap. The only missions I can remember where you actually save a LIVING person is the biotic terrorists mission, Lizbeth on Feros, Liara (sorta), and the top scientists on Asteroid X57

I love the 'This beacon was a geth trap!'
notice that comes up on a couple of planets. You can tell the game secretly wants to write 'LOL' after that statement! XD

XD I can tell. I even expected to hear Admiral Ackbar's voice say "IT'S A TRAP!" XD
