you have captured the soul and energy of this man to such astounding detail. i feel his energy engraved so well into your work of art. you can see the emotional distance and sadness in his eyes. this portrait is so terrifyingly amazing.

Haha Remembers me those old people who seen all things in life! Those old folks we meet at townish beach parties and who tell their ol'stories to those of my age!

Well done!

Really is amazing, you feel the personality, powerful stuff. And your right about homeless people not being able to sustain a pattered life, my better half works in a homeless hostel and through no fault of the people but through various forms of mental illness or traumas brought on by really terrible childhoods life is more uphill than for the rest of us and life is not exactly easy. Your painting really captures that.

yeah, life can be hard for people without such setbacks, much less with those difficulties added on top... Thanks for looking ^^

That's amazing. His expression is so great... so thoughtful and a tiny bit regretful-ish.

I don't come into contact with too many genuine homeless people (they're mostly just street druggies where I live), so I don't normally feel much for them, but this really moved me. Excellent job.

thank you very much ^^
yeah, he seems long-time-sad, a lot of homeless people can't really sustain a patterned life, have a lot of mental distress, so they get stuck, unsure how to get out if they could.
I"m glad you like the painting thanks!
