honestly this bounce is a little slow. I don't use it as a stock bounce or anything.

bases lead to bad habits. the squish should change depending on the height and the force of the fall leading up to it. the distance between frames on a jump should do the same.
if you stick to the same spacing and timing with every animation, then every animation will show the same personality. a sad person moves wildly differently than a happy person, a silly person wildly different from a serious. these may only be emotes, but that should still carry over.

you just draw a circle and color it in. I told you. I'm not explaining how to use the program. there are a million tutorials on how to work whatever program you want to use, find one of them.
