Production Notes

The Tigerwolf is the first terrorwalk developed in the Australo-Oceanian Commonwealth by the South Pacific Defense Industries, in order to provide a new terrorwalk model for the Franco-British Army. The design defines that of the third generation humanoid fighter, and as such, it surpasses even the Panther G-3 in terms of efficiency and combat performance.

The Tigerwolf is a direct descendant of the Panther, as exemplified by several notable similarities. The machine also featured universal weapon mounts pioneered by the Panther G-3, as well as a single search light on its head. The backpack is heavily modified from that of the Panther. Its jets still feature directional thrusters but with an additional 35% thrust output.

The Tigerwolf is a balanced, general-purpose terrorwalk, and thus can be equipped as its mission dictates. This versatility gives it the much needed flexibility in the modern battlefield.

The machine saw heavy mass-production, and surplus units became the third favorite terrorwalk (the first and second being the DB-6 and Panther respectively) in the arms market, particularly employed by the Franco-British Union and other wealthy European countries.

Side Notes
-Australo-Oceania: an expanded British Commonwealth comprised of Australia, French colonies and annexed Oceanian states
-Franco-British Union: technically the present-day United Kingdom, after a post-war merger with France, with the British monarch as the joint sovereign

Hah, finally, I'm done with the colored version of [link] . Color choosing took me pretty long here, and I really doubt this one would be any pleasing to the eye. As usual, I colored this with Photoshop, and used the same template as my recent colored mechs. Now about that insignia, it's a star from the Australian flag, with added red and blue borders (like the RAF circle). Hope the Aussies forgive me for that one .

i am sure for an antique it gets the job done the SPDI AC-9 96 mm assault cannon sounds like it does damage and I like big guns that go boom.

I wonder how much one of those would retail for on the black market xD

Xperimental00 In reply to 19MicronHead [2009-07-01 10:15:53 +0000 UTC]

A bit expensive actually, considering it's an early third generation humanoid fighter, but cost still depends on the retailer.

No complaints here, it's not attractive because it's pure intimidation!

It is? Thanks, it is supposed to be intimidating in conventional battlefields. To the usual ground troops at least.

kakkoii ne!

you're always using this colors...how about using other colors like in gnx or gnx III. or multi colored gundams

Xperimental00 In reply to yenlin [2009-06-08 14:18:23 +0000 UTC]

Bright colors stand out too much in the open. I don't want my mech to look like a walking bull's eye.
