Description his neck is a little strange, but other than that, HE'S PERFECT.

By the way, That computer chip with the strange attachment is supposed to be his reploid brain. The attachment is supposed to be a lightning-fast processor that gives him the title: "The fastest thinking Reploid in the world." It's like his head has a tiny supercomputer inside of it!
