aye, nice picture, very nice even, one of the few ones I've seen that looks this nice... One problem I noticed though is that the wings are strapped onto his shoulders, and more on the sides then on the back, which in flight, if it were a big dragon (which I suspect it is) would rip off because the shoulder/side wouldn't be able to keep hold of the stress of a whole big dragon body hanging on it, it would hurt a hell lot anyway...

Put them on the back, an extension and fortification of the spinal column, thus making the center of weight on the back, which in other creatures cases, it would be already... Instead of the sides and shoulders..

This is so well done! I like all of the detail in the scales and wings... One thing I do not like is the sun/orb in the BG, maybe this is incomplete? Nice work! I wish I could draw like this...
