Ryuu and Yoko getting some reading in before bedtime ^^In case you're wondering, they're reading "Flowers in the Attic". I assume this book would appeal to Ryuu as its primary protagonists are two siblings in love.
Maybe he's trying to give Yoko a hint?
The story also contains a neglecting mother and lots of abuse. All right up Ryuu's alley.
I guess in a way, this is a rework of this previous sketch:
Almost the same pose, but a different situation and angle.
I am quite fond of focusing on the humanity of characters rather than action scenes. Yoko, after all, isn't inherently evil. If she wasn't taken away when she was a baby she would have been fighting against the Foot, and consequently, Ryuu, after all.
Ryuu, on the other hand, is inherently a homicidal megalomaniac whose insanity is only being suppressed by Yoko's presence.
That said, I really should practice more action scenes. Haha!

Yeah, not gonna lie, Ryuu's got real demons buried beneath his cool exterior and probably would have gone off like a bomb years ago and taken as many people down with him as possible if he hadn't met Yoko, someone who cared about him, someone he could care for...Sniffle, i love these crazy kids "blows nose audibly"

I remember "Flowers in the Attic". My friend made me read that. I couldn't stop once I started though I didn't partically like it. I had to read all the sequels as well >.< As always, I love the way you do these pics. I don't think I ever commented before on them, but they're cool. ^.^

Believe it or not, the reason why I draw so much porn is because I like practicing the art of interacting bodies! I know most people are in it for the smut, but I really think it's good artistic practice in space and anatomy!

Y'know, I always figured Yoko for a thong or g-string; then if she needed to use it as a garrote it would be easier.
But French-cut is FINE too...nice bum on her.
I also like the little nuance of her holding his hair against her face/nose as they read.

Uh... You know more about panties than I do.. Even if, between the two of us, I'm the one who wears them o_O
I tend to associate thongs and g-strings with promiscuity, or at least purposely sexually enticing, both of which are not in line with Yoko's character. Also, given her background, she has come to see sex (and being sexy in general) as a woman's submission to a man's objectification of her, which is why she doesn't do it (at least not deliberately).
She does have more T&A than the average Japanese girl, doesn't she?
