I went for a 9 mile hike up in these hills last year. It's quite a lonely forgotten place and very difficult to trudge through the heather and moss but the scenes and vast wilderness is worth it.

Cool! How do you call the yellow brambles that seem to grow everywhere in the UK that we can see around this stream ?

hmm...all I can see in this picture is dry upland grass, heather (red shrubs) and a tiny birch tree in the bottom right corner. It was autumn so the leaves were yellow.
