Wow! The detail is stellar! What software did you use? I'm still looking for one, I was just introduced to CAD and I'm just learning the basics, any help would be great

You tried drawing a contrapost but the character is still standing straight. When a human is leaning on one hip, the spine turns. It seems you spend a lot of time on the face and neglected the anatomy. The hand holding the bow is very flat and looks rushed. Drawing an arm straight is also a very bad idea, an arm can be straight but it's very uncomfortable. That's why it looks awkward. The same about his left leg (right for us). Nobody holds it's leg straight with that pose. Instead, the knee should be turned a bit to the right.
You have to work a lot on anatomy but you definitely got the talent to become a great artist. I hope you don't take this as an attack or discouragement but as positive criticism and learn from it afterwards.

I think this is mostly based on your own opinion...Perhaps the character is not a human...Besides, just because it's uncomfortable holding an arm straight for you, doesn't mean a character in an artwork should not, and it is possible to stand with leg straight...just because you don't, doesn't make it wrong...I love this picture, and it shouldn't be changed at all...

Wow, I love the detail in this. I especially love the hair (more than likely because I cant draw hair that well). But I also love the setting he is in, and the position you put him in too, its as if he is about to shot some game.

You captured cocky self confidence in this. I was just wondering is he putting all his weight on his left leg? I don't know if I'm just not as good as you at drawing but something seems off. I know he's not standing straight. Not trying to be a bad critic, I'm honestly curious. I think I'd like to know his story.

Really like the clothing and the overall look of the character, but the bow looks a little fragile in my opinion. But I suppose that works because it's a nimble-looking character.
