(Hum de dum, let's add some palette-swaps... sta.sh/2o9u4iyn01f?edit=1 ... Let's also unashamedly cheat our asses off with sparkle patterns~)
Or: "Kickass Kira-Kira".
Or: "So It Turns Out There's No Such Thing As A Moderate Leg Muscle Reference".
Of course I'm no longer able to make a simple mook character. Have another multi-paragraph entry about what they do when they're not busy wondering just why the trash chicken doesn't just give you multiple horrific diseases.
Cecilia Cromwell gets rather annoyed by her station in life. Yes, being born to rich parents in a very nice region of England is certainly quite fortunate, but at the same time, she absolutely resents being treated like a weak, useless princess who doesn't get a say in where her life goes.
As such, Cecilia decided to make very clear that she's got what it takes to go her own way, in her own way. Starting in high school and continuing to this day, she's trained herself into becoming a confident, badass fighter who's very adept at breaking the haughty, both metaphorically and literally, with a tongue as sharp as her fists are powerful - with her progress taking off like a rocket after she started hearing stories about a young bouncer who went from being a shy little nerd to a hard-charging engine of destruction and snide remarks, deciding to add a little Japanese flavor to her sense of style.
Don't think she's completely against using her station, however, with Cecilia being entirely willing to use it to help her friends in life (most notably her best friend Claire), and not at all being afraid to keep fashionable. Just remember - when she's in full sukeban mode, do not touch her bandanna; she believes that the doll face hiding behind it clashes with the aura of badassery - and she'll make you WISH you'd heeded the warning to keep out!
But hey, sometimes you need a villain and you've got an aristocrat willing to be evil. And if she's down to heed the call...
CECILIA
She may be rich but she refuses to stay idle. The only class warfare she's interested in regards your abilities in battle, but unfortunately, she's also far beyond your average person in that regard as well. Do not underestimate her; she helped train Claire, and she absolutely had the skills to do so - as well as strong, agile legs that she's ready and willing to use to the fullest.
Fighting style:
--Cecilia is a quick, dangerous fighter who specializes in single, powerful strikes. She's also smarter than her punk style implies, and will capitalize quickly if you attack haphazardly. Be very careful; she likes to set you up for painful counterattacks.
Attacks:
A) Cecilia will perform a standing roundhouse kick that deals heavy damage and sends you reeling. While quick, there's a short window of opportunity to strike back if she misses.
B) From long range, Cecilia will stand still and clench her fists. Shortly after, she'll perform a hopping side-kick that deals heavy damage and sends you reeling. If you're quick, you can rush in and hit her out of it, or attack her once the kick concludes.
C) From very long range, Cecilia will stomp her foot into the ground, and stand still while lifting her leg a bit. If you step into her range, she'll instantly perform a flying karate kick that deals heavy damage and sends you reeling. If you're careful, you can step around the attack's range and counterattack, but you can also ignore her and concentrate on other enemies until she gets bored.
D) From very long range, Cecilia will stand still without stomping her foot, and will proceed to perform three roundhouse kicks (the second being a reverse roundhouse kick), each of which slides her forward, and any of which will deal high damage, with the final kick dealing massive damage and sending you reeling.
E) Cecilia can stand still and make a 'come at me' gesture. Any attempt at damaging or grabbing her will result in her dodging or otherwise ignoring the attack, and instantly countering by grabbing YOU and performing a jumping piledriver that deals massive damage.
Grabbed from front) If you don't throw Cecilia quickly after grabbing her, she'll reverse the grapple, and instantly counter by performing a jumping piledriver that deals massive damage.
Blocking) Cecilia can block your strikes. If you continue to attack, she will proceed to ignore further attacks as she instantly grabs your character, performing a jumping piledriver that deals massive damage.
Blocking 2) If you DON'T continue to attack but don't either move out of the way or grab her, Cecilia will rear her leg back briefly, then launch herself forward with a powerful side-kick that knocks you across the screen for high damage.
With Claire) Cecilia and Claire, and SPECIFICALLY Cecilia and Claire (J.J. and Hilda can also do this), have a team-up attack. If either team is on screen simultaneously, Claire can grab you from behind, at which point Cecilia will rush in - if you haven't yet escaped Claire's grip via the button prompts, Cecilia will proceed to land five kicks into your stomach and face, followed by Claire slamming you face-first into the floor, dealing horrifying damage.
All of the Cecilia variants have every attack listed, but their tendency to either attack directly or try bait you into one of her counterattacks varies based on palette-swap and game progression.
Cecilia and J.J. are the most dangerous out of the bunch, though Cecilia will hold back during your first encounter with her. They're the only ones that have the team-up attack, and they're not only much quicker to set up and react to your actions, they will quickly stop waiting for you to make mistakes if it's clear that you're not falling for their attempts to counterattack you.
