Evil Dragon sword made in 3ds MAX (~4 hours)I will make the twin sword of this weapon (Good and Evil) if the people will like the first one.

for me it takes a lot more time (and a few blank appers) to create the design then the actual modeling.

If u want to model a real Japanese swords then there is the Katana . its a simple bent blade with detailed hand guard and handle. I have a e-book with all kind of weapons and a lot of details if u want (the only problem is that its in hungarian) .
