This is a Proof of a $2 Dollar Springfield Bank, Springfield MA obsolete bank note. It was made sometime between 1850 and 1853. The US officially began making paper money currency for the whole country in 1862, but before then many individual banks made their own currency....Some were issued and some were not. Gamma is 2.2.
