lol, I'm going to make a much better effort to fave and comment on stuff here again. Probably mostly gonna post art on my Tumblr tho just because I feel like making myself a side art blog with occassional pics getting posted here too will work better for my current internet habits. Still feel like a bit of a dildo for letting deviantart fall by the wayside in the first place tho.

Nah don't force yourself, deviantart really isn't that great. You can post art anywhere you like, only thing is, commenting on tumblr isn't as organized as it is here. That's my only dislike about tumblr's notes system. In order to reply you've gotta make a whole new post and HOPE the person sees it.
I'd totally watch that blog.

Yeah that's my only complaint with Tumblr when it comes to art, because even though I keep replies set to on for all posts I make you only get like 140 characters in replies so the only way to comment longer than that is to reblog. Which I guess if its a drawing the person wants a lot of people to see but if it's like something really personal then you're stuck sending them an ask or making a post and hoping they see it.
But yeah since I think I'm going to make it it'll be something like jaredsartblog (actually that's probably exactly what it'll be since it's available lol)
yeah not sure why but seeing you two branching out like that made me decide to stop with the whole "pull out sketchbook and never do anything with it for a week before putting it away again" thing I've been doing forever now not sure how that works but I ain't complaining
