What?! You made this? I've played this ship in so many mods (like galaxy at war mod for men of war) and I always thought it was a canon ship! It is super well done and designed!

You know this fighter looks like it would be perfect for a post-Endor Jedi Starfighter. Small, compact, a cockpit you don't need a ladder to reach. Kinda like the love child of a Delta-7 Aethersprite, an Eta-2 Actis, and an X-Wing. Faved.

I always thought that Incom made a reappearance after the Empire collapsed. At least that's how it is in my mind.

Yeah it did carry on under Empire but apparently wasn't assigned to any bigger project.

A favorite of mine a fixed wing starfighter, the X-wing and B-wing could be very fragile at the pivot points. As for the artistry of the art, very cool effect on the blurred starfield, makes the ship look very fast. The engine flares I think could have had more blue to them to make them look like they are burning hotter to attain that speed. overall this is in my favorites for sure

Nice idea on a ship,+ not so hard model, but with materials its wonderfull render, how did you make that materials ? you made your texture ? BTW. What renderer are you using ?

This. Is. Awesome! I just found your page when a buddy linked me another of your pieces and I must say, from this aspiring 3D animator to you, I am in awe. 3DS Max + Photoshop = Beautiful work. I must ask, about how much of the work you do is in Photoshop? I mean, of course the background starfields would have to be done mostly in Photoshop to get the blurry effects like that, and some of the engine flares, but for the ship itself how much do you do for touch-ups?

Cool work man! What the program or programs do you use for renders like this one?

Thanks ! 3ds max and Photoshop are my main programs for this kind of work. It's not a strict 3D render though, as I paint over a lot of stuff over the image with a tablet - glows, lens flares etc.

That is always the case. If I'm almost done with a picture, but keep thinking... "oh, that I could really change" and end up doing it, it often turns out to be for the best! Definitely worth it!
