Description
This is my humble contest entry for the contest James and the giant peach.(short pit-stop at home for couple days and off I go for another two weeks
).The point was to show the place where we would like to go or should I say the place we go to escape the reality....Well this is my most favorite place to daydream about when I'm in troubled waters....Yes I still daydream even tho I am 24
There is a lot to say about this place, but I'll only explain why I daydream about blue and green trees and and the funny geometrical sun in the sky ...the plane green grass and brown trees seem too unimaginative for me and I love blue color, if I'd ever choose a world to live in, it would have to be this colorful and full of magnanimous creatures.

Well this is a window to the place, more of them coming up. Blue and emerald have always been one of my favorite colors, they relax me, so such a place is made of relaxing colors.^^

All those blues and greens are so calming! I also love all those swirly trees, bushes and clouds. Geometrical sun is really magical! And of course there must be dragons - every imaginative escaping places should have dragons.

Thanks, I enjoyed doing the tree...tho I think the whole balance of the painting lays on the tree, I've put too much emphasis on it that it kinda smacks you right in the eye when you see the painting.

Oh, gosh just the whole thing! I love the color and texture of the grass, and the way you did the tree, and the bushes, and the details on the girl's skirt and spine (her entire design, really)... It's just a really solid piece haha. I love it! The clouds and the geometric sun and the splatter at the top... yup, love this piece.

I think I'm taking a slight turn to what I used to do with an addition of some new skills I developed, I have to say I also think this is one of my best pieces so far.
