It's so hard to come up with a great title for an artwork like this XD Made for our grandmother. The original painting looks better than the scan. We used bronze-colored paint for some of the feathers, but it's impossible to capture the glossiness of bronze.Acrylics on canvas. Approximately 20x30cm, I think.

I like how the background set the off the owl, catching a moment in time. I agree it's hard to get the glossy appearance of the feathers, I had the same problem with a European eagle owl that I painted in oils. Lovely painti g well done.
