Bio: Ruby was born and raised in the slums of New York. Her mother died in childbirth and her father ditched town long before she could form memories. She grew up amongst the various street gangs and rabid dogs, but despite her horrible environment, she grew up keeping her adventurous and optimistic attitude as one of the many tools in her survival belt. Ruby eventually found a higher purpose than just scrounging for food in 2011, when she joined a vigilante hacker group named DedSec. The experience taught her invaluable tech skills, but it was a gig that only lasted a year. The other members of her group started to become to radical and violent for her tastes, and so she left DedSec for good. She was rescued from a mugging not long after, by a man who would become one of her best friends. His name was Ben Dylan, and he was a part of a Brotherhood called the Assassins, a Brotherhood that turned out to be Ruby's true calling.

By 2015, Ruby was stationed in Montreal. Ben arrived at the hideout late in the year with his friend Ava, who he had rescued from the Templars and recruited to the cause. Ruby and Ava clicked immediately, and it would eventually lead to the two becoming lovers. To train their newest friend, Ruby hooked Ava up to their Animus to have her explore the memories of her Shawnee ancestor, Aveza Deryn. While exploring the memories, they uncovered a big conspiracy surrounding the Precursors known as Gabriel and Lucifer.

After this discovery they enlisted the help of their friends in Indianapolis: Carter Spainhower, Chelsea Patterson, Jacob Singer, and eventually Jessica Wolfgang too. Ava's Bleeding Effect slowly started taking control during her time there, and it eventually drove her so off the wall that she quit the Brotherhood and fell into a coma. That coma gave her the chance to do some soul-searching, however, and she realized what her destiny was. And so when she finally woke up, she teamed up with her friends to unlock the Armor of Gabriel so that they could defeat Lucifer before he had the chance to enact his evil plans.
