Too overly excited. Cannot handle my feels.Here's Missy (third from the right), just the cutest lil' gal. I wanted to take her picture with the rest of my coyotes for color comparison. I thought she may look a lot like Hera from the auction photos. She's much more of a cream color and the markings on her legs are really beautiful. She arrived kinda late in the day so I can't take catalog photos until tomorrow.
I didn't think she'd get her today. Her tracking wasn't updated so I thought she was still in the mail XD! I immediately yanked her out of the box and said "Hey Missy, aren't you pretty?" The name stuck as she's confirmed female :3
She's very soft and is my third coyote to feature a white-tipped tail. Her fur is very wolf like in pattern, she lacks the V shaped pattern that most coyotes have and has a much more defined saddle.
She'll be very well taken care of here for sure. She fits right in to the pack

Oh my, what beauties! I love the range of colour and texture, especially the biscuit-y one third left...we don't get animals like that where I live, the climate's too hot and they'd absolutely roast!

i don't think i was rude. i really don't. i just strongly disagree with you and if i had seen your policy before i wouldn't have posted a comment that disagrees with you. if you even have that policy it's probably because taxidermy is very controversial and you know it.
and i never post rude comments, unless someone is rude to me first. you don't know me, but i am a very polite person. but, as i said, feel free to delete my comment.

It is controversial, but so are a lot of things that are considered art. For example, I dislike the exploitation of starving homeless people as art, but I don't take the time to comment towards someone who enjoys it. I keep my opinions to myself and let them have their peace. I ask that people not comment negatively towards my animals, because my entire gallery is for appreciation.
And you don't know me either. Plus, you completely ignored my explanation as to why I collect. I love animals, and I dislike seeing beautiful animals like these being used for petty things such as fashion. My home is like a museum, people can come in and see the furs up close and appreciate them. But if you're truly polite, you'd not leave comments that are derogatory. Being polite means that you don't insult someone or something they like, which you did to me with your initial comment.

What's a shame is that these beautiful animals were going to be cut up and used as fur coats and purses. This way, the beauty of the animals can be preserved in it's purest form.

Shame that their not wearing them themselves, I never meant that it would be a shame that you'd be doing whatever it is that you'd be doing with them. I don't care what happens to the bodies s'long as their used. I know you'll make good use of them, never meant it in an offending fashion.

You didn't offend me. I was agreeing with you. Coyotes are culled because they're overpopulated in many areas so there are a ton of them killed for food and fur. It's a shame that so many of them have to be killed since their overwhelming success and downfall is due to human intervention. I'd be better if they didn't have to be killed. If it must be done, I'd prefer them to remain as pelts than fashion accessories. Brings more dignity to the animal's spirit.

Gorgeous coyote pelts! I'm especially taken with the one on the far right. Missy has an amazing dorsal stripe, the white in with the black is very cool.

Missy is quite a beauty. It looks like she has some white right down the middle of her back! ;o; I think my favourite is either the black or the one between the black and Missy. They are all so terrific though!
