Because hating stuff offends people and disrespects them, and it's somehow considered hate art.

Again, I'm seeing a lot of people deny hate and equate it with hatred and everything negative, as well as people actually telling me that they don't hate anything.

I find it rather odd that people only see the negative aspects of hate and attempt to deny it as an emotion, let alone acknowledge that they do, indeed, hate things just like everyone else. Oh, you could dress it up and call it strong dislike, but we all know that's simply a synonym of hate.

Hate isn't hatred, don't confuse the two. I can hate radishes but feel zero hatred toward them or anyone who likes them. Hatred is prejudice, racist, discrimination, basically it's taking hate and using it against someone or a group of people, and when it is used in that manner it's no longer simply hate, it becomes hatred. It's like the difference between a gun that's used to defend and protect people and a gun that is used to hurt and kill people. The gun itself doesn't change, it's still a gun, but how you use it is important with how it is perceived.

Just like guns, you can use hate for good or bad.

Context means everything.
The definition of a word can change according to the situation. It's very important to always observe this sort of thing or else you may misunderstand the intended meaning.

I hate that guy over there, he's really racist. The term hate, in this context, is being used in a positive manner that expresses a person's strong dislike of another person who is racist.

I hate mangoes, they're disgusting and slimy. Hate in this context is used negatively to describe a strong dislike of a particular subject, in this case, mangoes.

I hate those people over there, they're a bunch of niggers, don't give them any service. Hate, in this context, is being used negatively and against a group of people, however, when it is used in this manner the context of the situation becomes hatred.

It's one thing to say you hate something, everyone hates one thing or another, but it's an entirely different case if and when you use that hate against people.

Anyone who says they don't hate anything is full of shit. I'm not saying that people have to go around hating shit every day, Christ I hardly ever think about it myself unless the topic comes up, and I don't see hating things as a negative thing. Personally I think it's funny, I'll even say I hate something just because I know it pisses off my friends.

So calm the fuck down. Hate is okay. Hatred is not. It's not insulting or disrespectful, you're a faggot if you spend your entire life getting offended over things other people hate.
