Description This is another portrait study for my school. I finished it a little while ago but couldn't get around to getting a photo uploaded. It is called La Naranja (the orange) because of the unique lighting which made it both interesting and dificult to paint, and more importantly gives it a unique mood. I like this one a lot. It was a lot of work getting her skin that smooth. This is also acrylics on illustration board like my other portraits.

Another amazing piece.

It reminds me of Indiana Jones, more than likely because of that orange light.

Thank you very much! There are other amaizing artists on DA, you just have to hunt for them through the larger masses.

Your paintings engage almost all the senses: I've never looked at a painting before and been able to 'feel' the weight and the texture of the cloth. Incredible. You are one cracker-jack artist, young man!

getting so smooth with acrylics, its amazing, I didnt think it could be done. Great job. I like the square of color, it sets her off beautifully. and the fade out of sleeve at the bottom, perfect

keep on doing those wonderful things you do
