Full-view is always betterThis started out as a sketch on printer paper when I was in the lab at my college---between classes, like always. I was really pissed off then, and people tell me I really get this kinda look on my face when I'm mad, except more evil-looking.

The red on this was difficult to use since I didn't have enough pencils of that exact shade---I improvised a lot, so it kinda came out choppy, and I think I was sloppy on designing/coloring hte pants. I think the wing coloring came out beautiful, though! Colored with prismacolor pencils & markers.

Sweetie... you were about 9 in 2001. Even if you were drawing the exact same characters at that young age, nine years ago, the posting rate of your gallery (about two or three a month) is consistent with someone drawing them in real-time, not uploading NINE YEARS of back artwork. That is just one piece of much evidence that reality and I have against your claim... I suggest you quit while you're ahead.
You could have just asked to reference it, I wouldn't have cared. I would have been flattered. If you weren't so histrionic, I'd take your imitation as flattery too. I still wouldn't have cared if you copied my work and left it in your gallery where likely nobody but you and your equally uninspired friends would see it and believe you...But no, you just had to come to my page and start trouble. Well, don't start trouble if you don't want trouble coming back at you.
You have no evidence to back up your claims, and in the HelpDesk queue is a complaint from me about your false allegations. Maybe the reason dA dismissed your copyright claim to my work as false was because... it was false? Reality check!
I have already had one of your blatant copies of my work removed. I'm considering leaving the other one up for evidence the complaint, but I may report that too before it gets through the queue. In the meantime, I suggest that you follow this advice: focus on doing your own original art instead of going around "looking for a base to draw" (read: ripping off other people's work) as you so charmingly put it in your painfully misspelled journal, and maybe you might get somewhere.

More like you copied her and are trying to get attention for a copy of picture SHE did over 6 years ago and co-versed a friend into helping you post against an artist who has been inactive for quite some time. PS: went to the site, saw no dates. And Photobucket hasn't been around that long ....

Actually, your friend is the one who has stolen it from me, and she is the one who is being reported... this picture is also in my Elfwood account, clearly dated around the same time as I posted it here. In 2004. Your friend hasn't even been on DA a year yet, and the way she's going, she may just get banned.

Your friend has no evidence to show she drew it earlier than I did, (which she did not.) Photobucket wasn't even founded till 2003, so her picture certainly hasn't been posted "since 2001" as she claims.
Please refrain from posting any further harassing comments, the staff are resolving this matter, and it is none of your business.

Very nice work. Has some flaws, but barely noticable.
The back looks a little strange, and the snout is quite short for that of a red fox.
The coloring's greath though. And a great job on the pants...

I think they're excellent topics to comment on, heh. I am so awful at human toes! I spent like an hour on each foot. Course, this picture had no reference, so it was all guesswork.
As for the signature, I'm happy you mentioned it, since I'm so indecisive about how to sign it sometimes. I think I think about it too much.

I really like the red fur, actually...the dark shading and light hilighting really draws your eye in, especially when set against the bright (almost luminous ^^) wings.
I really like her toes too...they remind me of my buddy Zita's, which actually always seemed rather vulpine to me for some reason.

The wings are gorgeous. And despite what you say about the red, it looks great. I like all the different toning it appears to have. The pants are SO much better than anything I could ever do, even if to you they arent that great.

She seems to be saying "Leave me the hell alone!" - the closeness of her knees drawn up to her chest, the position of her arms and the look in her eyes convey that feeling across. *gives the fox chocolate*

Right you are! It's one of the 3,215 flaws that are in the picture, but I won't point out the rest of them, ha
I typically have a problem doing vulpine/lupine snouts since I'm so used to drawing feline ones, which are shorter/stumpier. I'll be improving on that in the future though.
