Chocolate cupcakes with a hidden square of white chocolate in the center with a dusting of icing sugar.My kids, my youngest especially has got this habit of only eating the toppings on cupcakes so I thought I would scrap the topping all together and add something to the center of the cupcake itself and it worked, they didn't leave a thing. This is also perfect for baking when in a hurry, if you have impatient little helpers or if like me find piping very hard to do.
I made these back in March but didn't get round to sharing the photo until now but have made them again since as a quick snack.
As always for the sponge I used my basic cake/cupcake recipe
