Do you have a wireframe shot of the model without a sub D modifier? I'd like to see the polygon wireframe with straight wires if you have. I'm still having trouble with hard edges especially on rounded shapes. Your gun is full of them and you manage to mix hard edges and rounded edges on the same parts. I'm curious

it's a subD hipoly model without smoothing it's about 200k polyz with smooth ~2mil and hi polygon models had to be heavy no problem with this stuff. And it's not for the client it a personal stuff for myself

i wonder how many poly count is your weapon? did your client complain that it is too heavy? i' m a student anyway, and i hope you don't mind to share some industrial tricks...
