It's the Valuan Dance! I decided to do some spritework of the Valuan Throne Room. And what better way to do it than have them dance? Characters are from the game Skies of Arcadia on the Dreamcast. Done in Photoshop 7.00 and Microsoft GIF Animator.Also, apparently DevArt is being weird and moved this to my scraps even though I had it under sprite artwork. I tried to move it back under sprite artwork but it wouldn't let me because they think it doesn't qualify as sprite art, so I don't know what to make of it.
