I feel Enterprise as a series was very underappreciated, but I loved it, especially the characters.
Very good portrait of Scott! I love your portraits of all these captains.

I was quite surprised how much I liked Enterprise. I didn't give the show a chance when it first aired (well ... in those days nothing got a chance with me, since after DS9 there simply was ... well nothing DS9 was the last series I watched from A to Z). So two years ago when I made a new start in the fandom (after 14 years of absolutely non-fandom non-drawing non-writing) I wanted to watch all of the series. And I found myself really really liking Enterprise. The characters are fun, the premise - mankind starts into space like a child into a toy shop - is sympathetic and Scott Bakula as let's-see-what's-out-there simply wonderfully naiv adventurous (aside from the very subjective point that I like his looks a lot - his portrait so far was the most fun to draw)

I like the incorporation of the diagram thing from the opening sequence. 

It's a good portrait of him.

Thanks! I wanted to draw something series-specific for the backgrounds. Kepler's solar system seemed ideal for Enterprise ... well until I started drawing the circles and ovals ... that's why there are a lot less of them than in the original Funny thing was that only now I realised that the words are in German (I am from Germany) I never realised that while watching the series.

Sehr schön - wieder eine tolle Arbeit  !! Mit der der Serie selbst bin ich bislang nicht so richtg warm geworden (obwohl ich den Scott Bakula eigentlich gern sehe).

Vielen Dank! Ich habe die Serie zum ersten Mal vor zwei Jahren gesehen. Bei der Erstausstrahlung war für mich nach DS9 Schluss, sowohl Voyager als auch Enterprise hatte ich keine Chance mehr gegeben . Und ich muss gestehen, dass ich positiv überrascht davon war. Es hat mir richtig Spaß gemacht und die Charaktere waren mir auch sympathisch.

Sehr gerne  ! Hmm, mir war das Setting nie richtig sympathisch, aber vielleicht probier' ich's wieder mal  !! Das Einzige das mich wirklich nervt, ist die Introsequenz (der Song macht mich als Musiker "unrund" )- aber die kann man ja überspringen!!

Die Titelmusik hat mich bei der Erstausstrahlung (bei den paar Folgen, denen ich eine Chance gegeben hatte) auch kirre gemacht. Einfach weil ich von den anderen Folgen halt was ganz anderes gewohnt war. Mittlerweile gehört der Song für mich absolut dazu und ich habe sogar angefangen ihn zu mögen.
