I was thinking on the similarities between Lore (Star Trek) and Marvel-Loki. Both have nice brothers they love/hate, both have Dad issues and both have a name starting with LO and ending in consonant-vowel.If they met this is what I imagine would happen- mutual destructive tendencies and curiosity.
I was inspired by the style of the amazing comic artist David Messina. davidmessinart.blogspot.se/ I tried to keep it realistic and simple without too many details...
..but then..
...I got to Loki's arm brace and my good intentions just scattered and I drew a special Viking dragon and details details shiny details hurrrr

This is cool, just curious why Lore has a ToS era phaser rather than TNG?

That is a good question, thank you! The boring answer is that the TOS is more visually interesting + I had a good ref pic of a TOS phaser held in a perfect angle for the pic.
The interesting answer is that during his travels, Lore came across an old ship wreckΒ and thought the phaser looked cool so he restored it and carry it as a secondary weapon.

They do look alike with their pale eyes and dark hair and longish noses. I've seen around the internets that Hiddleston is a fan fav to play Data if TNG would be rebooted! Would be even more meta if he played Lore.
