Super shot Don! They haven't showed up my way yet, maybe in another 2 weeks.
I found a Downy woodpeckers nest hole tonight...close to a road and not very high up. I should be able to get some cool shots of the little ones later on this summer!

I almost had the female looking but was too slow on the trigger. I know she is the female cause every where she went the other two followed.

I have seen the Killdeer here in utah; they are so fast and always on the move. I had a hard time getting a good shot of those birds. So congrats on your ability to photograph them! Of course it didn't help that my largest lens is a 300mm and there was a gate between us. But - great shot!
