Beautiful capture!! I took dozens of photos of this species yesterday and discarded them all!! Warblers are tough...

Yep. I throw away a lot of images. Only a few keepers. They are so jumpy.

This one is very nice. That's the great thing about digital, you can shoot a card full and even if you only get one keeper you haven't wasted anything.

As someone has already commented the patches of yellow lichen really compliment the yellow patches on the bird. Nice one!

AMEN.. I would have shot up over 300$ worth of slides, had I been shooting film. And wait a week to see if they were OK. Yeah!!! for digital!!

Funny, I don't hear a thing..
I think I used smart sharpen and no noise reduction
afterwards, That will make the noise worse.

Haha, once again, nice title I love the colors this warbler has in it's feathers-- the yellow contrasting against the gray (with, of course, white and black pattering) Pretty, pretty. Love the shot, too, by the way. The branch with lichen/moss matches the bird.
