Yep. It's not being developed by Starbreeze but Mike Patton is returning as the voice of The Darkness!

You could say that. It's Digital Extremes, who did the multiplayer component of Bioshock 2 and the 3rd person action game Dark Sector.

Oh they only did the multiplayer? Ah well. Don't think I've heard about dark sector. Hm. I hope they're able to keep the feeling of the first game somewhat anyway.

Ah, "The Darkness"! I played some of this when a friend of mine picked it up a while ago. While I am not alwyas in that "mode" where I am feeling the whole Darkness, and sorrow and hate from within becoming manifest, and all that stuff, I do have to admit that it struck a cord with me how the protagonist was not really a good guy, and that he was empowered by his evil deeds. And the tentacles are just kind of sexy--when they are under your control of course; I certainly wouldn't want to see them slithering at me from behind a dark alley, but I wouldn't mind having one sprout out of my shoulder every now and again and devour some "lowlies"...
The splotches make it very gritty and somewhat dirty. The pen (is that pen?) is almost etched in the piece, alluding to the seething, scratching rending that those tentacles do when they pull someone's heart out. How did you create the glowing effect for the eyes?
I like, too, that we cannot see his face--showing he is almost fully absorbed by the evil that is taking control of him. Great piece
