Oh Dr. Billings, oh~FINALLY drawing the gents of Batman Beyond in fashionable clothing. The boys’ portraits are all going to be the from the waist up, unlike the girls, who got full body images. Mostly because men’s fashion generally doesn’t have pretty pretty skirts, but also because I don’t feel like it.
For some reason I felt that Ira belongs in somewhat 70s-ish fashion. With spirals. So that combined with his black and orange color scheme make him look like something out of a Tim Burton line up
