Description "Yonah!!! I need to borrow your engine, some yanks stole my train!!!" ~The Great Locomotive Chase.

Part one in a series of drawings about the "Great Locomotive Chase". The Yonah was the first engine William A. Fuller took charge of to pursue the "General", before he commandeered the "Texas". "Yonah" was the only engine directly involved in the Great Locomotive chase that was scrapped.

Yonah was played by the Replica "Lafayette", from the B&O museum, in Disney's "The Great Locomotive Chase". Yonah was not included in Buster Keaton's "The General".

Up next, the "Texas"

Yes!

Wonderful!

I'm really glad you got the 3-axled tender with the bigger front wheels - a lot of people would miss that.

I thank you. Her tender trucks are really quite unique, but very nice.
