she looks scary enough for a cargo vessel, I'll give you that
but I wonder how well she'd stand up in a fight against an actual war ship?

The immense size and detail is frakkin' incredible. I'd suggest reducing the line width a little in some regions like the bottom side gun units to help their details pop more.

I have considered that but unfortunately I believe I have lost the working files in the HD death of my laptop : /

She seems a mite over-armed for a merchantman, even given the grim darkness of the far future. Still, I feel sure that the background of the campaign justifies the armaments. It's a really cool design and I love the for'ard storage modules.

A 40K cargo ship huh? Must be some nasty weapons on there.

On the Ventral side i'd remove the two forwardmost turrets, their current placement forbids them ever firing forwards without hitting the ship itself.

Yah quite true, limited traverse does suck ..but forward arc has the missile tubes and a rogue trader captain would stick anything he could lay his hands on to his vessel.

Unfortunately to be rather trite they are there to be basilica style domes.

Now that is a sweet design. Love it's detail, especially the modified prow. If you give me dimensions, this might go into my starship chart.

damn, impressive. I thought you were going to say Illustrator or a CAD program. Nice work, sounds arduous and painstaking. But the result is great.

I wanted to go for between the size of a dauntless light cruiser and a dictator class cruiser. ..so around 2100/2500 metres roughly.

My, what a beast she is, though that covers imperial ships in general, I suppose.
Looks nicer than many I've seen too. ^_^
