The entire fleet is quite exceptional, I do love them and your movie should be a sight to see. What kind of armaments do they carry?

These ships of yours are excellent!!!!!!!!!!! Are you selling the 3d models? if so where.... And are they textured? these would be really nice in mojo backdrop...... Excellent work!!!!

sadly i cant sell. i dont have a license so im just building these for two purposes practice and they tie into a story that i have been working on for years. so i cant sell these anyway as i need to be able to use the designs in a few years for a movie that i plan to make.

textureing sadly isnt something i am yet able to do so all of the detail is geometry and the coloring is in the materials.

im really flattered that you like them so much! and shortly i will be making models in G Max strictly for the purpose of sale and will be throwing them up on turbosquid.com.

but i do have one question what is a mojo backdrop? and depending on what you want to use them for and if you are willing to give propper credit i may simply allow you to use a few and we could call it a creative collaboration.

I totally understand..... that is an awesome project you have going on there, and if it were me I would not want the models I am going to use being out there before their time...
Mojo is Mojoworld pandromeda.com it is a wonderful planet generating program and I have a lot of pics made from it in my gallery....
here are a few links to some of my pics using mojo [link] [link] [link]

those are pretty friggin soweet! ill have to check that one out too. friggin awsome!!

if you want i suppose i could let you use one of the models, of course give credit as im sure you would. getting the imagery out there is something that i am all for doing, more recognition is always a good thing. although i noticed that most of those images were rather close in to the planet terrain, these ships are absolutely massive and i would ask that any image including them be kept to illustrate some sense of that scale

Glad you liked them... as for the models,,, well I appreciate the offer, but i am no good at texturing, at least not good enough to do justice to the pieces you have... they are magnificent... I will just wait until you have some up for sell at turbosquid,( hopefully textured...lol..)
As for Mojo,,, if you peruse my gallery you can find quite a few with large ships in them, and some even in outer space... Mojo is really versatile, it should serve your needs extremely well, once you have textured ships and want to put them in a setting..... Perhaps at that point we could collab on something...

actually i have little intent to texture these ships. the various hulls are meant to be simplistic and clean, up as far as the final stages the models will likely be done useing nothing but geometry.

Aww man this is so cool but sort of the type of design I'm using for my Strike Cruiser the Lusifer (yes spelled right). The body style minus all the weapons and bridge designs and then adding a long pointed bridge and wings. Twelve different sized ones to be exact. So in the end it won't really look like this but the main body style will come close.

stron hull design is strong hull design, there is a reason its used frequently by more than one person.

NO!
Dont do that, I really love the design of your fleet, Just one minor thing like that should make you change the design of the whole fleet. Its just the prow of one ship, I thoughtthe prow of this ship was faintly chaosy... and I love the chaosyness, I cant wait to see a scene with theses ships in them! keep up the work, cuz i know Ill suppour you all TeH way

still i continually get battlefleet gothic related comments on lusfa ships. and as far as their design goes battlefleet played only a small role. the story goes: when i was in highschool i had a book on the history of naval warfare, and my favourite ships were the gravel warships used by the romans and greeks, then one day i walked into a hobby store and saw a battlefleet gothic ship set. and made the connection of putting the bow end of a garavel on a space warship, and had initially strapped the bow onto one of my cruiser designs, then when llater looking through my book decided the hsip would look far better with broadsides....drew it up and caught the battlefleet comment years after when i went back ot the dame hobby store and found that with few discrepencies i had come up with a very similar ship. so i have been trying to deviate as far as i can from their designs but am continually met with the comment and have put heavy consideration into completley redesigning the entire lusfanian shipset for that reason. if till the end of my days people are going to tell me that my ships remind them of warhammer then i might as well scrap the whole damn fleet now
