Description ENGLISH (based on W.Guthrie, Battles of the Thirty Years' War, the wikipedia article on the battle and a painting by Sebastien Vrancx):

Continues from fritzvicari.deviantart.com/art…

The routing of the protestant cavalry on the right flank spread the panic among the army. The battle quickly turned into a massacre, with the Leaguist triumphantly chasing the panicking army of Christian. All was lost for the "mad" duke. More than 6000 of his soldiers, including high-ranked officers, were killed and 4000 were captured. The baggage train and all of the artillery pieces were lost. Christian managed to escape, but his army was destroyed. Tilly had finally grasped the victory he missed at Hochst.

In the drawing, leaguist cuirassiers chase routing musketeers. I've chosen to portray cuirassiers once again inspired by the depiction of the same event by the contemporary painter Vrancx. The mounted trumpeteer in the front and the cuirassiers with their helmets opened are there just to show that the imperialists understood that the battle was won.

I suddenly noticed the horse on the far left looking eerily enthousiastic. As if it sees a musketeer and is like: "Oh, you ain't getting away, buddy!"
