10. The Mutants (Darkwing Duck): Because of their pathetic powers.
09. Fatman and Boy Blubber (Freakazoid): The only joke about them is that they're fat!
08. Ryan Reynolds' portrayal of Green Lantern Hal Jordan: Green Lantern needs a reboot, and he needs it fast! Let it star Nathan Fillion! He voices Hal Jordan in the animated movies, so why shouldn't he play him in a live-action movie? Anyway, Ryan Reynolds sucked as Green Lantern.
07. The Teen Titans Go version of Robin: Bossy self-centered jerk.
06. Green Lantern Guy Gardner: I admit it: he's the only Green Lantern I hate. Unlike Hal, John or Kyle, he's a complete jerk. I'm sure I'm not the only one who has that opinion.
05. Venus De Milo (TMNT Next Mutation): I think the title for this show should be: Venus de Milo vs. The Dragon Lord", guest starring the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
04. Bearded Idiot ("Superman": At Earth's End): I agree with Linkara: this guy is NOT Superman!

There is another horrible superhero that would have his place in this list: Iron Patriot and his avengers.
1: His real identity is Norman Osborn. Gee, you really feel safe when the green goblin wants to play the superhero.
2: His team of rip offs iclude the manipulative moonstone as ms marvel, the sadistic bullseye as hawkeye, the cannibalistic venom as spiderman, the psychotic daken as wolverine, a borderline maniacally depressive sentry, ares who cares more about bloodshed and marvel boy who quit ater learning their real identities.
3: Most of their battles would have nearly ended in one sided failures if it was not for sentry or dr doom helping them (you know you are a terrible hero when you need the help of a major super villain)
4: When they tried to monitor mutant activities, it finished in power trips and a humiliating defeat at the hands of the x men
I know that they were villains from the very beginning but they failed horribly in playing heroes

I wouldn't hate Robin from TTG so much if he actually PAID for his character flaws like the others do. Robin does dumb sh*t and he ends up winning just as often as he wins: Titan Robot, that Mondays episode where Starfire becomes his arch enemy.
With Cy and Beast Boy it's just their idiocy is so overexaggerated you can't believe they'd ever score a legit victory over any enemy. You're amazed the team manages to function at all.

To be fair, Fatman and Boy Blubber are supposed to be parody super heroes and not to be taken seriously. Hell, the entirety of Freakazoid is not supposed to be taken seriously and is just there to make people laugh.
