08. Dragonfly (Superhero Movie): He, just like Splendid, really needs to go back to Superhero School...

03. Captain Hindsight (South Park): Has he ever DONE something about catastrophes other than saying "It should have been this" and "You should have done that"? Was there at least ONE problem he actually solved?!

I think you forgot one: Captain Amazing from the Mystery Men, he fights crime just for his sponsors and freed his nemesis only to gain more sponsors thanks to the battle he would have. Nice job, jerkass!!!!! You condemned the world just for commercial purposes! Booster Gold would kick his ass
