So... these two are cuties and I wanted to draw them. I definitely thought that when I read The Miyama-Usuisu Mansion Incident the first time, but then I saw some really pretty fanart, and read it again, and then couldn't help but want to make my own puny contribution. And I don't have any tests this week, so I actually felt like I could afford to spend the time drawing. Yeys.I really want them to be together again and frolic and have fun times. They're just really adorable gaaaaah...
Anywho. Some stuff could be better. But I'm using a trial run of CS6 so I could use brushes. 8D

She is not wearing kimono right? I love the hair band dear, it seems to become a hit fashion these days with the band. I seen a lot of teenager here wear the similar band here.
I actually love the man's sort of clueless expression. Sorry if it wasn't clueless but it kind of make me feel he was stunned with the girl holding his face

I always appreciate hearing your view, regardless of if you know the characters or not! Although, if you were at all curious, I would definitely recommend reading the manga - it's only one chapter, so about 40-ish pages? It's a really quick read, and I thought it was very sweet.
I'm glad you like the background! I spent quite a lot of time on it. Even though I had a brush, I had to alter it a lot and add a lot to the background until it looked the way I wanted. I'm glad that it was worth the effort.
Oh yes, she is wearing a kimono! 
I think the expression I was going for with the guy is like... being cautious? But a really gentle sort. A sort of happiness to be with her again, and some tentativeness about what her reaction to seeing him. I suppose it would make more sense with the story >__< I'm sorry!

Cautiously worry about the girl's reaction, wow such a complex reaction you drawn here. I think you did a great job. Actually not much of arts able to portrayed emotions well. But in your arts I always able to catch a bit and then you explain for more. That was all fantastic works!
That hair band of fashion only exist in teenager these days and well even though I am a type of girl preferred skirt but I don't like to dress up my hair. LOL as in yes it is long but that's all, no funky pins not hair band and hardly even tied it up.

Haha well, I still think I'm learning how to get the emotions I want across... I am often too timid with the expressions, I think. Nevertheless, I am happy that you feel the picture portrays some emotions that you can catch.
I am the same about my hair XD. Either I put it in a ponytail (because I get hot so easily) or leave it down... I'm really lazy about it. I grow it out and then cut it short... I guess I don't care too much about it? I just want to be able to shampoo it and then ignore it. The only times I've messed with it are on special occasions... but when I was little my mom ALWAYS put funky scrunchies in it! It was the early 90s so....
And I definitely think you should try to read it if you can find the time!

Surprisingly when you said you often timid with expressions yet you are doing so well! 
LOL for some reason I too didn't care much about hair. But I have no choice but to leave my hair long because being chubby short hair don't suit me but I too think the same I would just shampoo it and that's it! Haha We seem to have similarity
