ENIGMA = The Riddler and Mysterio Amalgam

Edward Nigma is a savant with an obsessive penchant for Riddles. He started out as a low level thug for mob boss KING PENGUIN, and quickly rose through the ranks and even adopting the moniker The Riddler as a call card to his elaborate and fiendishly clever crimes. But, with countless defeats at the hands of both AMERICAN GOTHIC and CREEPY CRAWLER, Nigma found himself repeatedly incarcerated. On his last stay in prison, Edward was bunked with Quentin Beck another costumed criminal known as Mysterio, the master of illusion. The two devised and orchestrated a prison escape together. When they both arrived at Beck's hidden safehouse, Nigma murdered Beck, assumed control of the hideout and claimed all of Beck's illusion tech for himself. The Riddler wasn't enough to take down his foes, but now with the incorporated illusion tech and Mysterio suit in his arsenal, ENIGMA is a far more formidable and deadly opponent.
