Yup. My sis and I were watching an episode of Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood, and at one point during a fight scene she said, "Ya know, I think the animators just LIKE drawing blood!"

oh, it's almost worse, lol. the main character gets these nosebleeds....appearently the publisher had to stop the euthor from making it so rthat blood poured from every possble opening...adn then later he was like, "ok, I've been reining you in too much..make it a bloodbath."

I hate the common use of nosebleeds to show horniness/arousal. Groos! Before anime, I never heard of such athing, let alone witnessed it!

I think it's supposed to be like a blush that went to far or something. Like when blood rushes to your head, except in this case it came to fast and busted your arteries.

I'[ve never seen that happen to anyone before. I know it can happen if you are anemic and rub at your nose too hard, but a blush leading to a nose bleed... I suppose it must be possible. If you have hypertension maybe? It's an unusual incident, surely?
