Nice play with shadow and light, this gives the scene a nice atmosphere of unease and uncertainty.

I like how casually she seems to slide in from the side and the brushed off helmet with her tails end.

As in this was the last foolish "Hero" who came in to slay her and now she takes it supereasy to finish it.

Oh, that's beautiful. A bit posed, like a movie poster, but it's a movie I'd watch if this was any indication on what it contained. I see slightly overdramatized camerawork, a strong, classic romantic antiheroine, and lots of cool effects.
On detail-level I like how you've given her snakes such a smooth appearance as opposed to the more commong arrow-headed shape.
