Description
Kerium (red energy crystals that grow in the ground) is the New Texas version of gold. It's rare, valuble, hard to find, everyone wants it, and a lot of people will rob or kill for it.One thing I like about Thunderstick is how he always seems happy when in the same room with kerium.
I figured I'd draw him finally obtaining some since in the show Marshal Bravestarr always stops him.
This picture originally began life as a quickie doodle using an ink pen in my sketch book while watching Bravestarr. I don't know what it is about Bravestarr but for some reason I tend to put more effort into my coloring for the fan art for that show.

Man, you really outdid yourself with the lighting in this picture. It almost has a sinister edge to it, especially when combined with Thunderstick's happy smile and the fact that it's night time. He's also really expressive for a robot here.

I love the illumination effect with the red cast on the rest of the figure! It really conveys the sense of the kerium crystal glowing red.
